There are so many playgrounds in Lyon that deciding where to visit on any particular day can be overwhelming. (We acknowledge that this is a lovely problem to have.)
The playground shown above, on the southeast side of the Passerelle du College pedestrian bridge, gives kids the opportunity experiment with various ways of moving water: pipes, troughs, tubs, and even an Archimedes’ screw. (Splashing was also sometimes selected as an alternate method of moving water.)
The park also has lounge chairs with a river view for parents. Next time I’ll bring my sunglasses.
